5. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds: Refunds for services not rendered will be processed within 14 business days.
- Cancellation Fees: A fee of 20% of the total booking cost may apply for late cancellations.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for the following:
- Providing accurate information regarding the items to be moved.
- Ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled.
- Providing access to the premises at the agreed time.
7. Company Responsibilities
The Company agrees to:
- Provide services with due care and professionalism.
- Handle and transport items safely.
- Communicate any delays or issues promptly.
However, the Company is not liable for:
- Items not disclosed by the Client prior to the service.
- Damage caused by conditions beyond the Company's control, such as extreme weather.
8. Liability
The Company's liability for any loss or damage to items is limited to the value declared by the Client at the time of booking. It is recommended that Clients obtain adequate insurance coverage for their belongings.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or legal arbitration as per applicable laws.
